NCA's Doctoral Program Guide

At the graduate level, the Department of Communication Studies at West Virginia University offers the M.A. and the Ph.D. degrees in Communication Studies. The graduate faculty in the Department of Communication Studies is well-known, at the regional, national, and international level, for accomplishments in research, teaching, and service. The Ph.D. program in Communication Studies is intended to qualify the student to teach and conduct research in instructional communication, interpersonal communication, or organizational communication at the University level, along with other research emphases.
